Walmart’s All Natural Cornstarch False Advertising Class Action Settlement

The lawsuit claimed that Walmart’s Great Value All Natural Cornstarch’s labeling was false and deceptive in that it led purchasers to believe that the product was “All Natural,” when in fact it included genetically modified organisms (GMO).

Walmart labels its Great Value brand juice 100% Juice Cranberry Pomegranate.  Yet a close reading of the label reveals that the primary ingredients are water and cheap grape juice.  This class action alleges that Walmart falsely advertises this juice as primarily containing Cranberry and Pomegranate juice when in fact it does not.

Anheuser-Busch Kirin Beer False Advertising Class Action Settlement

The lawsuit alleges Anheuser-Bush Companies, LLC misrepresented to consumers that Kirin Ichiban and Kirin Light beers are brewed in and imported from Japan. 

The case also argues that these beers are in fact domestically brewed but priced as a premium imported beer. 

Skinny Girl Margaritas All Natural Class Action Lawsuit

Maureen Stewart and Kelly Lamicella have filed a class action lawsuit against Jim Beam Brands Co, Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc., SGC Global, LLC., Skinny Girl Cocktails, LLC., and Bethenny Frankel for misleadingly claiming its Skinny Girl Margarita as an "all natural" product that is healthier than other commercially available margarita products available. The class action seeks to represent three classes, a New Jersey Class, and a Pennsylvania class, of purchasers of Skinny Girl Margarita.

Kettle Tias! Chips All Natural Class Action Lawsuit

Dominika Surzyn has filed a class action lawsuit against Diamond Foods, Inc, for mislabeling five varieties of its Kettle Brand TIAS Tortilla Chips as "All Natural" when they contain unnatural, synthetic, and artificial ingredients. The suit seeks to represent all California residents who purchased Kettle Brand TIAS All Natural potato chips from January 9, 2010 to the present.

Del Monte Misbranding of Various Products Class Action Lawsuit

Michael Kosta has filed a class action lawsuit against Del Monte Corporation, for selling misbranded food items. The suit seeks to represent all consumers in the United States who have purchased a Del Monte canned tomato product, a Del Monte FreshCut vegetable product, or a Del Monte Fruit Naturals product in the last four years.
